RESOLUTION NO. R26-05  
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO 
ACCEPT AND EXECUTE THE AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT 
GRANT (GRANT NO. E6M4G01P) FROM THE ARIZONA 
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ADOT). 
 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
 
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and its citizens 
that the City accept Grant No. E6M4G01P offered by the Arizona Department of Transportation 
to conduct an Airport Master Plan Update. 
 
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk are authorized and directed 
to execute and deliver the related grant agreement, as well as any other documents necessary to 
effectuate the receipt of the grant, on behalf of the City of Glendale. 
 
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
