RESOLUTION NO. R26-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AUTHORI-
ZING AND DIRECTING THE ENTERING INTO OF A PRE-
ANNEXATION
DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT
WITH
BACCARA EAGLE LAND, LLC TO FACILITATE THE
ANNEXATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES
WITHIN UNINCORPORATED MARICOPA COUNTY AND
WITHIN THE CITY’S MUNICIPAL PLANNING AREA; AND
DIRECTING THAT THE CITY CLERK RECORD ANY AND
ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and its citizens
t h a t the following document is entered into, and such document is now on file in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Glendale:
(1)
Pre-Annexation Development Agreement between the City of Glendale and
BACCARA EAGLE LAND, LLC.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute and deliver such agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is directed to forward the Pre-Annexation Development
Agreement for recording to the Maricopa County Recorder's Office.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 28th day of April, 2026.
