RESOLUTION NO. R26-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING 
AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE’S 2026 HOUSING AUTHORITY STREAMLINED 
ANNUAL PHA PLAN (FORM HUD-50075-SM) TO THE U.S. 
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
SECTION 1.  That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s 2026 Public 
Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan (hereafter the 2026 PHA Plan) and authorizes the submission 
of the 2026 PHA Plan to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2026 PHA 
Plan and is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection 
at the following locations:

7677 W Bethany Home Rd., Building E, Glendale, Arizona

SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to 
execute and submit the 2026 PHA Plans and execute any and all agreements and documents 
necessary as long as the action is consistent with the approved 2026 PHA Annual Plan on behalf 
of the City of Glendale.
