RESOLUTION NO. R26-27 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING 
AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE’S COMMUNITY HOUSING 2026-2030 CAPITAL 
FUND PROGRAM FIVE YEAR ACTION PLAN TO THE U.S. 
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
SECTION 1.  That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s Community 
Housing 2026-2030 Capital Fund Program Five Year Action Plan. Hereafter, “Capital Fund 
Program Five Year Action Plan”, and authorizes the submission of the Capital Fund Program Five 
Year Action Plan to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The Capital Fund 
Program Five-Year Action Plan is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are 
available for review/inspection at the following locations:

SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and the City Clerk be authorized and 
directed to execute and submit the 2026-2030 Capital Fund Program Action Plan to the U.S 
Department of Housing and Urban Development and execute any and all necessary documents as 
long as the action is consistent with the 2026-2030 Capital Fund Program Action Plan on behalf 
of the City of Glendale.
