PLANNING DIVISION RECEIVED APRIL 13, 2023 GALA EVENT CENTER 8830 N 43RD AVE GLENDALE, AZ 623-760-4909 OWNER CLAUDIA AVECHUCO GALA EVENT CENTER, is a small indoor 2,700sq feet space, can accommodates 99 guests, which is good to be rented for social and professional events. This is located in a multiple commercial suites, that is divided in 7 suites, and this space is the last of the strip from 43rd ave heading west. This is an example of how suites are located from East to West. 1st suite – Amor ala Mexicana Restaurant 2nd suite – Yeye’s Cross Training 3rd suite – Anfu Spa 4th suite – Muscle Oem Wheels and Tires 5th suite – No Basic Nails 6th suite – T&H Behavioral Health Facility 7th suite – Gala Event Center The venue will be rented 7 days a week. (MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) Depending on demand. The venue will be rented for 5 hours The earliest at 11 AM and the most late at 10 PM, EXCEPT, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, the most late at 1am, but LIVE MUSIC has to stop at 10 pm. After 10 pm, Music can continue at a low sound level. Depending on the contracted schedule, Entertainment must move all equipment, 45 minutes after the party is over. There will be one Security Guard, in the entrance, to track the number of people coming in, and will provide a safe environment for the event, will oversee parking lot, restrooms, and the entire premises to ensure safety. The Security Guard will not tolerate outside drinking , if outside drinking incident happens, the clients will be notified and Gala Event Center reserves the right to remove guests, and will strictly prohibit alcoholic drinks for the entire of the event. There will be one bartender, the bartender reserve the right to deny alcoholic drinks to any guest, and as stated by the Arizona Department of Liquor to ask for I.D and enforce proper identification when serving alcoholic beverages. The bartender will not tolerate underage drinking , if underage drinking incident happens, the clients will be notified and Gala Event Center reserves the right to remove guests, and will strictly prohibit alcoholic drinks for the entire of the event. There will be one coordinator, to open and close the doors, to help the client with the event, and to ensure safety. The coordinator reserve the right to stop the music, take people out and close the door. My goal is to provide you with a great and safety event.
