Development shall be in substantial conformance with the site plan date stamped May 18, 2023. 2. CUP23-04 approval is specific to Modern Stay – StayAPT hotel as described in the project narrative date stamped March 31, 2023. Recommendation Recommendation 13 3. The east wall of the hotel building shall be setback approximately 125 feet from the property east boundary (for the purpose of shifting the hotel building behind the existing building to the north). Recommendation 14 4. The developer shall install exterior privacy screens over the windows of the third floor, four (4) rooms on the north face of the building with potential sight lines to the residential uses to the north, if sight lines exist from those rooms. Recommendation 15 5. Developer shall work with the City of Glendale Police Department to register with its City Watch Program and register the hotel security cameras with the Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) program.
