Dear Neighbor and/or Interested Party:

This letter is to inform you that I am applying for a Planned Area Development (PAD) Amendment with the City
of Glendale in order to modify various development standards within the Woolf Crossing PAD. The Woolf
Crossing PAD consists of approximately 612 gross-acres bound by Olive Avenue to the north, Northern Avenue
to the South, Reems Road to the east, and the Loop 303 to the west, see enclosed Vicinity Map. The City case
number for the project is SR21-0191.

In June of 2021, the City of Glendale amended the Woolf Crossing PAD in order to remove the residential land
use planned for approximately 657 single family residential lots and associated park and elementary school
uses and allow commercial and Luke Compatible Land Uses including warehouses and distribution as
permitted uses. Development Standards on Parcels C through J were amended as well.

This PAD amendment is requested to amend the Development Standards on Parcels K, L and M, approved for
Luke Compatible Land Uses, in order to be consistent with the Development Standards for Parcels C through
J approved in June 2021. The amendment will allow for cohesiveness between buildings within the Woolf
Crossing PAD that is expected of master planned developments. The approval of the amendment and the
development of the Property will allow for industrial/employment opportunities that will benefit the City of
Glendale.

I have included a Woolf Crossing PAD Land Use exhibit and a Summary of Existing and Proposed Development
Standards for LCLU Parcels with this letter for your review. If you would like to learn more about the project,
we will be hosting a virtual neighborhood open house meeting on November 10, 2021 at 6:00 pm. We will
make a live presentation via web conference during which we will describe the project. Comments and
questions will be accepted at the meeting. If you are unable to access the online meeting please contact me
in advance of the meeting and request a phone number to participate via audio. If you are unable to attend,
please write, email, or call me at the contact information below. You may also contact Alex Lerma with the City
of Glendale at (623) 930 2810 or alerma@glendaleaz.com.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE: Please email Joseph Vance at jvance@hilgartwilson.com and request a
link to the meeting. The only way that you will be able to access the online meeting is by the link we will provide
to you for the email address that is provided. You may also participate in the meeting via phone by contacting
