Received June 7, 2021 Project Narrative The property located at 7504 W Glendale Avenue; Glendale is zoned C-2 (General Commercial). We would like a conditional use permit to store and rent two U-Haul pickup trucks. Two parking spaces will be assigned, and no other parking spaces are proposed. The hours of operation will be the same as the gas station which is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Being a local neighborhood dealer for our community, this location will help current and future families with relocation and DIY needs with our U-Haul patrons.
