Veterinary Clinic Project Notification:
Dear Neighbor:
This letter is to inform you that | am applying for a Veterinary Clinic application
with the City of Glendale. The property is located at 5041 W Northern Ave, Ste A
in the Cactus District. Proposed Veterinary Clinic is a small operation facility with 2
staff members and an estimated clientele of up to 10 clients per day. There will be
no boarding or grooming in the facility. The intended Veterinary Clinic located
previously within the same intersection 51* Ave and Northern is intended to
move to the new location due to safer building structure for staff, pets and
clients. Hours of operation will be Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and
Saturdays 9 am-12 pm. Square footage of suite A is 2025 sqf, within a 4620 sqf
building. There is a Laboratory in Suite A while Suite B is vacant. Current zoning is
C-O Commercial Office. Surrounding areas include Medical Offices across
Northern Ave to North, various commercial stores across 51* ave West and
North-West, and commercial- residential South and East. | have included a site
plan with this letter for your review. Due to the current public health pandemic,
the neighborhood meeting will be held virtually. The virtual meeting with
neighbors will be held on Wednesday February 10" at 6:15 pm. Please download
the Zoom program prior to the meeting (log into zoom.us) on your computer or
