Froke Urban Planning, LLC. Received February 09, 2021 Project Description This project envisions adding used car sales to a longstanding auto repair shop at the NWC of 51st Avenue and Glenn Drive. The project site has a total of 15 parking spaces, 3 of which will be converted to be used for used car sales. City staff have confirmed that parking requirements will still be met on the site after the conversion of these 3 spaces. Public Outreach Summary A notification letter was recommended by the City of Glendale for this project. The letter was sent to property owners within the notification area of the project as well as to individuals listed on the additional notification list. Total Individuals Notified: 31 Total Responses Received: 0 The notification area for the project can be seen below. Concerns, Issues, Problems Expressed No concerns, issues, or problems were expressed through the citizen participation process for this conditional use permit. How Concerns will be Addressed? There are currently no concerns to address as reported by the neighboring property owners. We will work with the community to address future concerns should any arise. Concerns Applicant is Unwilling to Address None at the moment. How the Proposal has been Revised to Address Concerns The proposal required no revisions as a result of the citizen participation process.
