The district has an assistance agreement in place where the developer will assist the district to offset capital costs the new development will bring. We have capacity at schools in the area and are preparing for additional growth in the region. The District will welcome and serve any new student population this development will bring. Dysart Unified School District has no objections to this development and this letter is intended to provide notice for any regulatory steps needed to begin the project.
