One-on-one swimming lessons will consist of only one client and his/her family on the property at a time. The lessons will take place in the backyard of the residence 7819 West Kerry Lane, Glendale, AZ 85308. The residence square footage is 2,478 square feet. The lot size of the residence is 0.29 acres. Business will mainly be conducted in the backyard of the property. On occasion, the client may use the bathroom located inside the residence as highlighted in the floor plan. Business will have no more than 12 clients per week. Hours of operation include Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Business will be conducted only by the resident; no outside employees will visit the site. Business traffic will consist of one client vehicle at a time at the residence during the time of business. All clients will be required to park in the residence driveway.
