Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85016-4229 RE: Hopewell Development Access to Alsup Dear Mr. Alleman: As a follow-up of our discussion and in receipt of your September 8th letter, which included the most recent conceptual site plan dated August 17, 2021, MCDOT agrees with allowing the three (3) driveway accesses to Alsup Road for Building 5 and does not have issues with semi-trucks or employee traffic accessing Alsup Road under the following conditions: - Driveway spacing meets the MCDOT requirements of 360’ (although it was agreed that 350’ would be acceptable in this case if 360’ is not achievable) - The northern and southern driveways are for truck use only - The middle driveway employee access only (no trucks) - MCDOT recognizes that the likely truck traffic will flow to and from the north at Northern Avenue. However, the developer will be required to restrict truck traffic from traveling south of the third driveway on Alsup Road - The proposed driveway on Orangewood Avenue will be used for employee access only (no trucks) We look forward to having more discussions as the project develops.
