ARCHICON ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS, L.C. Project Narrative Retail Renovation 5830 W Bell Rd. Glendale, Arizona This project is a renovation of an existing 7,566 square foot restaurant building which is currently vacant. The building will be renovated to add a drive-thru pick-up window on the east side. A new drive-thru lane will be added which wraps around the building along the west, south and east sides of the building. The drive-thru lane along the west side will require relocation of an existing electrical transformer and the removal of the existing trash area. The drive-thru lane along the south side of the building will go under the existing canopy which will remain in place. The drive-thru lane along the east side will require a re-work of the parking areas and a new one-way drive will be provided with angled parking. As a result of this drive-thru lane, parking will be reduced overall by 5 spaces. A trash enclosure will be installed on the northeast corner of the property along the existing drive aisle. The building will be remodeled to handle multi-tenants and a new storefront entry system will be provided along the north side of the building. 5055 E WASHINGTON ST.
