Approval of Minutes/Legal Action Report — March 18, 2026 Action Commissioner Ortiz y Pino made a motion to approve the Minutes of the March 18, 2026 meeting. The motion was duly seconded by Vice-Chair Silva. The motion carried by a voice vote of 9-0 (Commissioner Wellott absent). 3. Large Scale Data Center Regulations Study Session PC/Legal Action Report Page 1 of 2 05.06.2026 Carver Struve, Planning and Development Services Department. Gave a presentation. Discussion Held. Commissioner Lampo moved to set the Large Scale Data Center Regulations Code Update for a Planning Commission Public Hearing on June 3, 2026. The motion was duly seconded by Commissioner Ortiz y Pino. The motion carried by a voice vote of 9-0 (Commissioner Wellott absent). Future Agenda Items Information Only The upcoming CODE Tucson 26 Code Update Package was noted, with a Planning Commission Study Session tentatively planned for July or August of 2026. The upcoming review and update of the Planning Commission Rules of Procedure were noted. 5.
