The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below: A. Pursuant to Section 1.0 CONTRACT TERM shall be updated from January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2026. B. An additional $200,000 shall be added for the additional two (2) years. The revised not to exceed (NTE) amount shall be updated to $659,422. II. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
