DURATION of MOU is amended as follows: 
DURATION The terms of this MOU will remain in effect for one (1) year, unless terminated 
according to provisions provided herein or superseded by a separate funding agreement between 
the Participants as contemplated by Clause 6.b. above.  Any extensions to the Prime Award (DPS 
contract #2025-294) beyond June 30, 2026, approved by AZPDS will automatically apply to this 
agreement.
