I. 
The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below: 
 
A. Pursuant to Section IV. 1. COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT. A.  Total 
payments form the County to the subrecipient shall not exceed a total of $8,000,000 for 
the term of the Agreement.  The not-to-exceed amount of $8,000,000 reflects additional 
funding in the amount of $4,000,000. 
  
II. 
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
