SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT Amendment #1 Between Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office AND La Frontera EMPACT Pursuant to Section 24 of the Subgrantee Agreement between the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and La Frontera EMPACT, the following section of the above reference Subgrantee Agreement is hereby amended as follows: 7. FINANCING AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY Under the Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) (15JCOPS-23-GG-01717-PPSE), MCSO shall provide up to $359,046 to Subgrantee under this Agreement. SHALL BE CHANGED TO READ: Under the Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) (15JCOPS-23-GG-01717-PPSE), MCSO shall provide up to $374,116 to Subgrantee under this Agreement. All other terms of the original Subgrantee Agreement remain effective. In Witness Whereof, the parties have set their hands to this AMENDMENT as of the day and year herein indicated and agree that all parties are obligated to follow all terms and conditions of the original Subgrantee Agreement and are liable for all funds received by the MCSO.
