The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below: A. Number 3. Agreement Amount, currently stated as "$3,000,000 annually” will be deleted and replaced with “$4,500,000 for the period from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025." This amendment includes an additional $1,500,000 for the specified period. ll. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
