This notice from Nancy Kay IWDD No. 77 serves as a formal request to cancel the Election 
of Trustee(s) that is to be held on November 20, 2024.  In accordance with A.R.S  16-410(A), 
The District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the 
election cancelled and appoint Dee Mitten, Brian Cauley and Anna Cauley for the oƯice of 
Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously. 
 
The term they will serve as trustees  will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
