Durango St. Phoenix, AZ 85009 (MDH) Exempt per A.R.S. § 11-1134, A2 Resolution FCD 1999R016 C- RELEASE AND EXTINGUISHMENT OF EASEMENT Project: Powerline Floodway FCD Permit No: 2014P033 FCD Parcel Nos.: F-2526-IEE This Release and Extinguishment of Easement (“Release”) is made by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and is effective as of the date of recordation. RECITALS WHEREAS, the District acquired a permanent easement and right of way (“Easement”) over a portion of land in Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 7 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian. WHEREAS, said easement rights were created by Easement and Agreement for Flood Control District Purposes recorded on February 27, 2024, as Document No. 20240097573 in the official records of Maricopa County (“MCR”) for the benefit of portions of District parcels known as Parcels F-2521 and F2526. WHEREAS, District has determined that the Easement is no longer needed for the purposes stated therein and desires to release and extinguish said Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, District hereby forever releases, extinguishes and disclaims any and all interest in and rights to the portion of land over which the District has Easement recorded as Instrument No. 20240097573 in the MCR.
