Quite frankly, traffic is already an issue. The last thing we need is more trucks crowding the few exits that residents have. We also do not need more trains to slow down traffic. It is a shame that the city has allowed so many houses to be built without any real plan on supporting the growth. We need more roads, grocery stores and gas stations. There are no turning lanes at the signals so there is a backup of traffic, and it is not necessary. The politicians have sold out the west valley to industry. Avondale blvd and buckeye rd already has enough problems with traffic. The last thing we need is more train traffic at that, and surrounding, intersections. It is in the middle of family homes and the increased dust and noise is to be of concern. I doubt they will follow regulatory laws. Please do not allow for this to happen.
