Action Requested:
 Approve Amendment #1 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland 
Security, Project #230813-05. The amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from 
September 30, 2024, until February 28, 2025. The modification is due to a critical training conference 
held during the program period being full. All other terms and conditions are the same.   
This funding award is recurring and there is no match requirement. It was competitively bid. The 
purpose for which it is being used it is not a mandated function. 
Additional Information:
 This Amendment extends the program period, allowing the TLOs to attend the critical training 
conference. This extension will allow MCSO to complete all activities by 2/28/2025. The original award 
amount of $30,755 was approved on October 18, 2023 (C-50-24-048-X-00). Approximately $12,000 of 
the award has been expended.
