RESOLUTION NO. 4
APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 130TH STREET AND 
CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, that those certain duplicate 
diagrams of the property contained within the district to be assessed to pay the costs and 
expenses of the improvement of Paving of 130th Street in the County of Maricopa, State of 
Arizona, (as described in Resolution of Intention, which is Resolution No. 2, passed by the 
Board of Directors of the said Improvement District on the 11th day of September, 2024, as 
prepared by Matt Truitt, PE under Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956, 
and amendments thereto, and certified to by him), be and the same are hereby approved by the 
Board of Directors of the said Improvement District.
Be it further resolved that the fact and date of this approval shall be certified upon said 
diagram by the Clerk, and thereupon said diagrams shall be delivered to the Superintendent of 
Streets as required by law.
