RESOLUTION NO.  1
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND THE
ESTIMATE OF COSTS FOR THE 
130th STREET AND CHANDLER HEIGHTS ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has prepared final plans and specifications for certain 
improvements, or work, more particularly described in the Resolution of Intention - Resolution No. 
2, adopted this same date by the Board of Directors of said Improvement District, and hereafter 
known as Plans and Specifications for Improvement District No. TZ2201 Project No. 1; and 
WHEREAS, said District Engineer has prepared an estimate of all costs anticipated to be 
incurred in connection with said improvement, the estimate including the cost for construction and 
incidental expenses; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications and the estimate have all been filed with the 
Deputy Clerk of the Board of Directors of the said Improvement District:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
Section 1:
That the plans and specifications referred to above are hereby approved.
Section 2:
That the estimate of costs for the proposed improvement is hereby 
approved.
