AMENDMENT No. 1 To MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Between MOLINA HEALTHCARE, INC. & MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Molina Healthcare, Inc. (“Contractor”) have entered into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing collaborative protocol for effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care for individuals eligible for services provided by Molina Healthcare, Inc. who are also served by Correctional Health Services executed August 23, 2023 (“Agreement”). WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: The Agreement shall be renewed for a term from August 24, 2024, and ending August 23, 2025. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION REMAIN UNCHANGED. If there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, in all such events the terms of this Amendment shall control. This Amendment is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511.
