projections as follows: 
a. Increase the Maricopa County Human Services Department contract award 
by $5,133 from $2,592,359  to $2,597,492 
 
 
 
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AS HERETOFORE 
CHANGED AND/OR AMENDED REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.  IN WITNESS
