Due to the sophisticated technology utilized in Unitech’s design, we recommend O’Neill Mechanical as the only entity in Arizona that is qualified to provide the necessary service for the units and should be exclusively utilized to service the units. O’Neill Mechanical Service, Inc. brings a level of expertise we feel cannot be found elsewhere. They are an industrial and commercial HVAC contractor that services equipment from 1-ton and up package/rooftop/split units, boilers, all makes/models of chillers, cooling towers, computer room and dehumidification systems, exhaust fans, and pumps. They also can provide vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, thermal imaging, pipefitting, sheet metal work, and ductwork repair and new install. Their customized services include such things as emergency service, service contracts, and retrofits. O’Neill Mechanical Service, Inc. is beginning its twenty-fifth year in business with over 100 years of combined experience on their staff. Several of the technicians have worked for major manufacturers in the past, and Michael O’Neill, an owner, has personally worked for two major manufacturers, Trane and Daikin, performing complete facilities maintenance on 100 through 1500- ton centrifugal, screw and absorption chillers. He is also trusted by many local engineering firms and competitors for trouble shooting issues that are beyond their ability. Many of their technicians are factory trained to install, troubleshoot, and maintain several DDC control systems, and are field trained on numerous other control systems.
