The Agreement originally effective July 1, 2024 is further amended as follows: 
 
Add the following under Exhibit 1: 
 
Contractor may be paid a pro-rated amount to complete their cases unable to be completed prior to the 
end of employment with Maricopa County. 
 
All other terms and conditions of this contract are not affected by this Amendment and remain 
unchanged.
