I. The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:

A. Section 1.0 CONTRACT TERM shall be updated to reflect a new expiration date of December
31, 2026.

B. An additional $150,000 shall be added for the additional two (2) years making the new
not to exceed (NTE) $225,000. The revised budget begins on page 2 of this amendment.

Ul. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendment 1 Budget thru 12/31/2026

The total budget for the project amounts to $150,000. This budget is allocated across various categories,

including facility usage and air conditioning costs, porta potty (First Congregational UCC only), and
administrative overhead. The amount will be split between the congregations based on the number of
days each will be hosting. Administrative overhead covers general administrative expenses associated
with managing the project. The budget allocated for administrative overhead is 3% of facility usage,

$4,500.
