I.
The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A.
Pursuant to Section 3.4. Allowable Expenses Beyond the Minimum Standards Set Forth
in Sections 3.1-3.3, the Agreement hereby allows shift differentials, overtime, and
incentive pay to staff cooling and respite centers supported by this agreement as an
allowable expense.
B.
The Budget Schedule in Section 6 has been replaced as shown in Appendix 1 below.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
