In the event the GRANTORS or GRANTORS’ successor in interest shall at any time in the future, develop the Burdened Property with development that includes drainage facilities approved by the GRANTEE and the municipality or governing bodies having jurisdiction over the Burdened Property, upon final approval of such facility or faoilitios, the rights granted to GRANTEE hereunder shall terminate and expire.
