The undersigned, being the present Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust and Assignment 
of Rents executed by GNS DEVELOPMENT CORP., a California corporation (Trustor), to 
FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY OF ARIZONA, an Arizona corporation 
(Trustee), for the benefit of THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY, a 
political subdivision of the State of Arizona (Beneficiary), recorded on April 03, 1991, in 
Instrument #91-140783, of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa 
County, State of Arizona. 
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes 33-707A, which 
make it unnecessary for the Trustee to join in this document, the Beneficiary under said Deed of 
Trust does hereby release and reconvey, without covenant or warranty, express or implied, unto 
the parties legally entitled thereto all right, title and interest which was heretofore acquired by 
said Trustee under said Deed of Trust, for the benefit of the Beneficiary.
