INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN 
MARICOPA COUNTY, A 
POLITICAL SUBDIVISON OF 
ARIZONA, STATE OF 
ARIZONA AND 
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE 
 
OF THE UNITED STATES COURTS 
 
 
This Intergovernmental Agreement made between MARICOPA COUNTY and the 
Administrative Office of the United States Courts, having a place of business at One Columbus 
Circle, NE, Washington, DC 20544 is scheduled to expire December 31, 2020.  This Agreement 
shall be extended until effective upon execution, expires on December 31, 2030, unless otherwise 
terminated, and may be renewed without limitation. This agreement for an extension of agreement 
C-20-11-044-3-00 is at no cost for either the Administrative Office of the United States Courts and 
Maricopa County. 
Whereas the parties entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement effective February 1, 2011 for 
the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) for use of the JWI Software 
Application. 
Whereas, Maricopa County designated this Agreement as C-20-11-044-3-00. 
Whereas, the AOUSC designated this Agreement NO. USCA21I0012. 
Whereas, this Agreement expires on December 31, 2020, unless otherwise renewed. 
Whereas, the parties mutually desire to renew and extend the period of performance of this 
Agreement until December 31, 2030. 
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations set for in the 
Agreement, Maricopa County and the AOUSC hereby agree as follows: 
This agreement is renewed and shall remain in effective until December 31, 2030, unless further 
modified by the parties.  All covenants and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
