AMENDMENT No. 2 TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7415 
Between 
ARROWPOINT, LLC, “Lessor”  
And  
MARICOPA COUNTY, “Lessee” 
 
 
RECITALS 
 
 
A. 
Lessor, Arrowpoint, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, as successor in interest to 
2930, LLC and 4800 N. 22nd Street LLC, both Arizona limited liability companies, as 
successors in interest to CLOD LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, as successor in 
interest to Collateral Holdings, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, as successor in 
interest to Arrowsport Holdings, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and Lessee 
are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7415 signed by the Maricopa County 
Board of Supervisors May 26, 2010, and subsequently amended on August 17, 2015 
(collectively, the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for leased premises, which is a part of 
the property located at 16140 N. Arrowhead Fountain Center Drive, #105, Peoria, Arizona, 
consisting of 5,324 square feet of office space. 
 
B. 
The term of the Agreement expires January 31, 2021. 
 
C. 
Lessor and Lessee now mutually desire to enter into this amendment (“Amendment”) to 
the Agreement to exercise the second of Lessee’s two (2) options to extend the term five 
(5) years and update the Notice address for Lessee. 
 
AGREEMENT 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the mutual promises contained 
herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which 
the parties acknowledge, Lessor and Lessee agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 
 
1. 
The recitals, by this reference, shall be incorporated herein and are made a part of this 
Agreement. 
 
2. 
Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the meanings 
assigned to such terms in the Agreement, unless the context expressly requires otherwise. 
 
3. 
The term of the Agreement is hereby extended for a five (5) year term, commencing on 
February 1, 2021 and expiring on January 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier as provided 
for in the Agreement. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions 
of A.R.S. § 38-511.

4. 
 Section 9.1 of the Agreement is revised as follows:

The effective date of this Amendment is the date of execution by the Chairman of the 
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other 
terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain the same and in full force and 
effect.
