Funding in the amount of $95,820 is added to Agreement to complete the terms and conditions as outlined in Part C — Section of Work document. 3._In-Kind Funds from Maricopa County is budgeted at $29,346. Exceptas otherwise amended, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement and any prior amendments not in conflict will remain in full force and effect. If there is a conflict or ambiguity among amendments and the Agreement, the most recent amendment will prevail and control if clear and unambigious; and if not, the original Agreement will govern to the extent necessary to support the intent of the Agreement.
