RESOLUTION AND STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION ROOSEVELT IRRIGATION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the election for the office of Director {s) of the Board of Directors of
Roosevelt Irrigation District having been held on the 10'* day of November, 2020, for
Division {Il Director and 1 Director-at-Large in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona;

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors having duly met and canvassed the returns of said
election on November 10, 2020, by checking returns made by the election board and
counting the votes on the questions (if any) and for Directors;

NOW, THEREFORE,

RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District be, and is hereby, directed to enter
into the records of the Board of Directors a copy of the posted Notice of Election,
attached hereto as Exhibit “A”;

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Secretary be, and hereby is directed to enter into
the records of the Board of Directors the following information:
