Attachment “A” to this Certificate is a true, correct, and complete copy of Resolution No. 13-20 that was unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors (“Board”) of RWCD at a meeting of the Board which was held on November 16, 2020, at which meeting a quorum was present and voted; and, 2. Said Resolution No. 13-20 has not been rescinded, amended, or modified; and, it continues in full force and effect. Stewart, Secretary Attachment A RESOLUTION NO. 13-20 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ROOSEVELT WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT CANVASSING RETURNS OF THE REGULAR DISTRICT ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 10, 2020, FOR THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS IN DIVISION ONE, TWO, AND THREE WHEREAS, by virtue of the statutes of the State of Arizona, in such cases made and provided, and pursuant to the District Resolution No. 11-20 passed and adopted on the 6" day of October, 2020; and, WHEREAS, the Election Board of the respective divisions have made returns of said Election for their respective divisions, and have filed their respective Certificates of Judges, and their respective Poll and Tally Lists and all Ballots, and all other election records in the manner provided by law; and, WHEREAS, this is the date prescribed by law for canvassing the returns of said Election; and, WHEREAS, said returns have been fully canvassed and all the steps taken by the Board and the various Election Boards and Officers of the District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED: 1. That said Election called and ordered under and by virtue of the statutes of the State of Arizona, relative to irrigation districts in such cases made and provided, and pursuant to Resolution No. 11-20, passed and adopted on the 6* day of October, 2020, was in all respects duly in manner and form as prescribed by law; that returns of said Election have been duly made by the respective Election Boards appointed to said Election in the respective divisions of this District. 2. That said returns have been duly examined, inspected and canvassed by this Board; that the names of the Judges of said Election are as set forth in the Certificates thereof filed with the returns of said Election. 3. That this Board now finds that the persons casting votes at said Election were duly qualified electors in the divisions of the District wherein said electors cast their respective ballots. 4. That the total vote cast in each of the respective divisions and the persons voted for as Directors therein, and the total vote cast for each of said persons were and are as follows: Names of Persons Number of Votes Voted For Division One For Candidates Dan J. DOBSON received the greatest number of votes cast in Division No, Two; and, that JEFFREY J. FOSHEE received the greatest number of votes cast in Division No. Three. That the following named persons were duly elected Directors of the respective divisions of the District indicated, for the terms beginning respectively on the first day of January 2021, and ending on the last day of December 2023, and until their successors are elected and qualified, viz: Dan J. Reeb Division One Mark W. Dobson Division Two Jeffrey J. Foshee Division Three That the District Secretary be and she is hereby ordered and directed to file a Certificate of the results of said Election in the manner and form prescribed by law.
