THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
TONTO HILLS DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2020
MIRACOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA

The Board of Directors of Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District do
hereby make the following Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Directors held on
November 3, 2020, in said District. This Statement is based upon the official canvass of the
returns of said election by the Board of Directors of said District.

1. A Copy of the Notice of Elections attached hereto as Exhibit A.

3. There were 277 ballots mailed and 112 completed ballots returned. 05 ballots were

returned as invalid address and 06 ballots were rejected.

4, The names of the offices of the persons voted for at said Election of Board of Directors are
as follows:

5. The number of votes cast for cach candidate is as follows:

6. The names of persons declared elected for a four (4) year term on the Board of Directors

of Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District are as follows:

CERTIFICATION

1, the undersigned, being the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tonto Hills
Domestic Water Improvement District, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of the District’s Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Directors adopted by
the Board of Directors of the District on the 21st day of November, 2020, at which a quorum was
present and that said Statement has not been amended, repealed, or rescinded.
