Amendment 2 1 AMENDMENT TO THE PROPANE FIRE PIT PROGRAM MATCHING FUNDS AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS AIR QUALITY DEPARTMENT AND ARIZONA PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION Purpose: Amend Propane Fire Pit Program Matching Funds Agreement Contract Number: Funding Amount: $30,000 Contract Effective Date: Upon Final Signature Contract End Date: April 1, 2021 Maricopa County by and through its Air Quality Department (“County”) and the Arizona Propane Gas Association (“Association”) entered into an Agreement to provide matching funds in the amount of $30,000 for the Propane Fire Pit Program. Effective upon signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows: Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, amend the following: 5., Amount of Agreement: APGA to provide a lump sum fund in the amount of $30,000 to Maricopa County for use as matching funds under the Maricopa County Propane Fire Pit Program. 12., Agreement Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end no later than April 1, 2021. 15.1, Correspondence: Philip McNeely, Director Maricopa County Air Quality Department 3800 N. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement as amended and approved remain in full force and effect and as agreed to by the Parties.
