Proposed changes to all plans

Include coverage for treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders 
according to each medical plan vendor’s clinical policy

Increase nutritional counseling/dietetics coverage from 3 sessions with certain 
diagnosis to 12 hours with Registered Dietician for those with certain diagnoses 
and 6 hours with no diagnosis 
Proposed changes to the Cigna and UnitedHealthcare Group High Deductible 
Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSAhas)

Approve any change in the HSA annual contribution limit for 20212020 as 
released by the IRS with no change to the County contribution amount
