EXHIBIT “A” OPEN AND DECLARE ROAD FILE NO. 1730-R A roadway having varying widths, together with all appurtenant rights and being consistent with the existing right of way of University Drive and right of way as shown on the construction plans for University Drive ADA Improvements from Higley Road to Power Road, Project Number TT0612, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24 Township One (1) North, Range Six (6) East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. EXCEPTING from the above described roadway any portions lying in Road File 1557, 1556, 5904, 5903, 2031, 1987, 2071, 2771 and any portions lying within the boundary of the City of Mesa. (Said roadway also known as University Drive from Higley Road to Power Road and lying in Supervisor District 2 and in an unincorporated area)
