The final day for candidate nomination papers for the Electrical District Number Six Directors’ election was October 12, 2020. As there are three Director positions up for election this year, and only one candidate petition was filed for each position, the District hereby requests that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors cancel the January 9, 2021, Directors’ election. The Board positions that are up for election in 2021 are Director seats that currently are filled by Mike Gantzel, John O. Nevitt and Max Koepnick. Copies of their nomination papers are enclosed. Please place this matter on the agenda for the next formal Maricopa County Board of Supervisors meeting which, we understand, will be on November 18, 2020. Please call me if you have any questions.
