A693 A roadway alignment of varying width, together with all appurtenant rights, being consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for Eagle Eye Road at Tiger Wash, Project Number TT0412, on file with the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying in the East One-half of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 10 and in the West One-half of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. EXCEPT THEREFROM any portion lying in the 200 foot wide strip as previously declared in Road File No. 1236 and recorded in Docket 2518, Page 153, in the office of the Maricopa County Recorder. Said roadway also known as Eagle Eye Road at Tiger Wash West of Little Horn Peak Road and lying in Supervisor District 4 and in an unincorporated area)
