After a thorough review of project proposals, the application titled Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area Restoration Project has been selected for funding at the amount of $87,000. Here is some information on next steps: Before a grant agreement is signed, a project site field visit will need to be scheduled and a detailed project plan / detailed project budget will need to be developed. Attached is the detailed project plan guidance and a blank project budget worksheet. Please have the detailed project plan and project budget worksheet completed and returned to me by Friday, October 2, 2020. Additionally, we ask that you provide a project area polygon shapefile(s). Lastly, please suggest 2-3 dates for a field visit to the project site between October 5 and October 23. Please note, any project-related match or reimbursable costs accrued prior to a signed grant agreement will not be eligible for match or reimbursement. To summarize, we need the following to move forward with a grant agreement: Detailed project plan Project budget worksheet Project area polygon shapefile(s) Suggested field visit dates We look forward to working with Maricopa County Parks and Recreation, and towards the successful completion of this restoration project.
