AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT

I.
The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. The budget period begins October 1, 2020 and ends September 30, 2021.
B. Contract amount is increased by $499,231 to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE)
amount from $1,469,962.40 to $1,969,193.40.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original Contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
