and being more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1
The North 17 feet of the South 50 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 133 feet said Section 28; 
and
Parcel 2
The South 17 feet of the North 50 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 133 feet said Section 33.
