Matthew Bauer no longer wishes to serve on the board. This letter reflects the correct name. This notice from RANCHO VENTURA IWDD NO. 65 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 18, 2020. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Dave Koger, Andrea Forman and Andrew S. Jones who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously or provided a valid nomination form.The term they will serve as Trustees will be from January |, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
