This notice from Rancho Del Monte IWDD No. 58 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
trustee(s) that is to be held on November 18, 2020. In accordance with A.R.S. § 16-410(A), the district
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint
John Curtis and Margaret Solares who are duly qualified for the office of trustee to which they have been
serving previously, and lan Vasquez who is duly qualified and unopposed for the office of trustee. The
term they will serve as trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2021 to December 30, 2022,
